Download the registration form below.  Then either mail it with check for the total amount to the given address, OR scan the complete form and email it to ikenobohonolulu@gmail.com and pay the total amount via the Donation button on the first page.  Make checks payable to Ikenobo Ikebana Society of Honolulu.

 AAA or senior discount (10%) qualifies for an additional Advance Rate.   The advance rate is booking 21 days or 60 days prior to arrival  There  is a 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy.    Kamaaina rate (local person with HI ID), is higher than the above 10% rate. Rate depends on reservation date.  Contact reservations at 808.955-4811.  MF-7-5, SS, holidays 7-4:30 for best available rate.during stay. 

If one registration form is for multiple people, they will be seated together under the registrant's name.  For example, if Beryl is paying for 6 people, they will be listed as Beryl (6).  If you want to request to be seated with someone not included on the same registration form, please send your request to Litheia at  Rtn.hon.hi@gmail.com .  After that, efforts will be made to sit students with their classmates and teacher.  Each table seats 8 people, but you don't need to fill a table of 8...

 Self-Parking in the hotel garage with banquet validation is $10.00 up to 8 hours or $12.00 up to 10 hours.  If you choose to park in the mall parking garage, please see  https://www.premiumparking.com/city/honolulu/ala-moana-center for information on how to pay as the spaces near the hotel ramp are premium parking...  Don't forget to note you parking space number.
